What can I say? I am here for the same reasons you all are here....I absolutely am a sports nut and I find web sites like these more informative and well written than a lot of the "traditional" news outlets. I love basketball, baseball, football, and golf. I have lived in Boston my whole life. I am a fan of the Celtics, Red Sox, and Patriots (I know that makes me Public Enemy #1 before we even get started, but cut me some slack; I supported them during the Rod Rust and Dick McPherson eras). I have a beautiful wife and an adorable little daughter. If anyone wants to contact me and talk some sports, or just tell me I don't know what the hell I'm talking about, I would love to hear from you.

Rest In Peace, Don Tomasso. Boston sports lost one of its greatest fans on 4/6/2008. All your friends love you and think of you constantly.

Also, Rest in Peace, Jason Gracia. It is amazing to think that our small circle of friends has lost another member, but Jason passed away 9/15/2008. Unreal, Jay, we all love you and miss you.

Can the Celtics pin all the blame of their recent skid on the absence of Paul Pierce?

Why one move that wasn't made helped the Celtics achieve the success that they've had.

Paul Pierce is a star in the NBA, but is he worthy of the Hall of Fame?

I wrote a couple of articles I would love for you to read. One is about the Matt Cassel trade. The other is about three great plays in the SB. I tried to inject some humor. Let me know what you think.

Hey, I'm not saying it doesn't require skill. My problem with golf is that anyone can have a fluky game and perform as well as a pro. For example, there are a number of blind people and 80 year olds with hole in ones. That and I just plain can't stand it!

I just wanted to alert you that your story about P.I. needing to be a reviewable penalty was picked up on Go to the right-side and find your link in the 'what bloggers are saying' portion. Congrats.

    Hey Andy,

I'm hoping you'll check out my latest article about China, the Olympic games, protests, and our own responses to these current events. I'm making a concerted effort to reach out to people who have added me as a "favorite writer" to attempt to spark a discussion which affects us as sports fans and supporters of a forum for free-speech. Thank you for helping me to get the ball rolling!
