Riding a monster effort from its offensive stars, the Oklahoma Sooners hold on for 45-40 Red River Rivalry victory over the Texas Longhorns.
Overcoming four turnovers, the Sooners rode receiver Dede Westbrook's and tailback Samaje Perine's 200-yard performances to the win. The duo combined for five touchdowns, with quarterback Baker Mayfield adding another on the ground to go with 390 passing yards.
Texas put up a fight, riding yet another impressive game by running back D'Onta Foreman, who put up 159 yards and two touchdowns of his own. Ultimately, the defense couldn't the stops to help the cause, allowing the rival Sooners to pile up nearly 700 yards of offense.
